About the Role

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain. You will be a key point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions regarding our electronic reservation book, website, and app.
• Empathize with customers to provide the most suitable answers and solutions based on their specific needs.

Requirements

• Native level of Dutch and fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an open-minded approach.
• A genuine care for customer needs, aiming to create unique and satisfactory experiences.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Previous experience in a customer support environment.
• Must be based in Barcelona.
