About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our platform, focusing on automating Accounts Payable and transforming financial data into actionable insights. In this role, you will define and lead the "Data to Insight" journey for our customers, working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. We are particularly interested in candidates with an AI-native mindset, eager to leverage emerging technologies like LLMs and automation to modernize finance workflows.

This is a high-impact, highly visible Individual Contributor role where you will own outcomes end-to-end, operate closely with details, and influence teams across the organization to deliver significant results.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from setting strategic direction and writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to defining acceptance criteria and meticulously grooming the backlog.
• Deep Customer Discovery: Conduct user interviews and shadow finance teams to gain a profound understanding of the daily challenges faced by AP clerks, Controllers, and CFOs.
• Influence Without Authority: Lead cross-functional pods (Engineering, Design, Product Marketing Management) through clear context and conviction, aligning teams around unified sprint goals and ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Data & Analytics Harvesting: Directly analyze product and usage data to inform product iterations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Go-to-Market Enablement: Actively participate in the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to develop enablement materials, lead beta programs, and ensure clear communication of product value.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact products from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, particularly Accounts Payable, financial controls, or reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar) and financial data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior Individual Contributor, independently owning roadmaps and driving execution.
• Experience or a strong interest in applying AI/ML and automation to solve business problems.
• Comfort engaging with engineering on technical concepts, including APIs, system architecture, and data models.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
