About the Role
As a front desk Sales Associate, your primary function will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests and members. You will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Spa Manager with daily activities.
- Answer phones, greet guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Book client appointments accurately.
- Explain the benefits of wellness plans, memberships, services, enhancements, and products to new and existing guests.
- Sell memberships and promote services and products.
- Address member concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Oversee massage therapists and estheticians while on duty, ensuring their duties are completed.
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage, facials, infrared sauna, and skincare products.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including therapy rooms, restrooms, and laundry.
- Handle multiple phone calls and tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.
- Work cohesively with the team in a fast-paced environment and proactively identify tasks.
- Handle stressful situations, find solutions for therapist call-outs, and manage client concerns.
Requirements

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in spas, medical offices, tanning salons, waxing centers, or fitness centers.

- Comfortable working on a computer for booking appointments and processing check-outs.
- Ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive.
- Willingness to learn and a basic understanding of massage and esthetic services.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends. The spa is open Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and weekends from 9 AM to 6 PM.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
