About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Analytics Manager to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. This role offers a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner who helps the team anticipate future trends. You will be embedded with the business, partnering closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and challenge the team with novel insights. This is not a role for someone who wants to build dashboards and hand them off; it's for someone who cares deeply about whether their work is used, understood, and acted upon.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to audit existing reporting, identify discrepancies, and develop a roadmap for standardization.
- Articulate how assigned verticals generate revenue and identify key performance levers.
- Improve dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests with accuracy and business context.
- Begin making changes to LookML structure with a full understanding of downstream impacts.
- Establish strong working relationships with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.
- Build trust with the business team through education, best practices, and a standardized reporting suite enabling confident self-service analytics.
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
- Become the trusted technical owner for assigned verticals, from raw data ingestion to final dashboard.
- Recommend actions based on findings, not just report data.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
- Expert SQL skills and comfort with unstructured, complex data, extracting insights without relying solely on clean models.
- Proven ability to build, standardize, drive adoption, and improve data literacy within teams.
- Experience optimizing performance marketing, connecting data directly to business drivers like campaign performance, conversion rates, or revenue per session.
- Advanced LookML development experience (or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong curiosity and business depth, driven to understand the business and become a trusted analytical partner.
- Experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
- Experience working with messy, complex, third-party data.
- Proven ability to partner closely with business teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and connect data work to business decisions.

What We Offer
- Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
