About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive, Enterprise to join our team. In this full-time, remote role based in Germany, you will be responsible for generating new business pipeline and closing new customers within the Enterprise segment, focusing on top accounts in Germany. You will identify key projects where Fivetran can deliver significant value.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business qualified opportunities by collaborating with Tech Partners, SI Partners, XDRs, and through direct outbound efforts on named accounts within your territory.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of Fivetran's database replication capabilities and the broader Fivetran platform.
- Manage complex sales cycles (90-180 days) involving multiple stakeholders and departments within enterprise organizations.
- Negotiate and manage the procurement process with legal, deal desk, and internal champions.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior decision-makers at large organizations, fostering internal advocacy for Fivetran.
- Participate in a mandatory, one-week in-person Revenue Bootcamp during your second week at Fivetran to ensure you are set up for success. This requires travel to a designated company location.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in new business sales, with a proven track record of success selling to enterprise-level organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a sales strategy through effective territory and account planning.
- Proficiency in pipeline generation through various channels, including ecosystem collaboration.
- Experience in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with selling services to support onboarding processes.
- Strong understanding and experience within the Data industry.
- Capability to utilize both inside and outside sales approaches effectively.
- Proven ability to generate new business-qualified opportunities across diverse channels.
