About the Role
Colgate-Palmolive's CP Skin Health division is seeking a dynamic Regional Educator to join our Education team. In this senior role, you will play a crucial part in supporting sales growth through expert education within your assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Business Development Representatives to strategically deliver training that drives regional growth, enhances customer loyalty, and increases brand awareness. This is a heavy travel role, requiring flexibility for some nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training to Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Aestheticians, RNs, PAs, and related support staff.
- Conduct customized in-office, residency, or aesthetic school educational experiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Travel to support customer needs, including regional events, industry trade shows, and open houses.
- Partner with Business Development Representatives and Regional Managers to set and achieve specific business development goals for each account through education.
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally before and after seminars, including participation in weekly conference calls.
- Create an ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention and prepare prospects and new customers for success.
- Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals.
- Manage learner follow-up and communication with relevant internal teams.
- Demonstrate product treatment protocols and facilitate hands-on practice in classroom or clinical settings.
- Adapt quickly to diverse learning styles and environments.
- Maintain professionalism and strong organizational skills.
- Book travel in accordance with guidelines and budget.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.
Requirements
- Licensed aesthetician, nurse, or medical professional with a license in good standing and 5+ years of hands-on practice.
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated educator role (skincare-related education for aesthetic and medical practices preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- PCA SKIN® Certified Professional.
- Valid driver's license with no travel limitations.
- Prior training, facilitation, and/or public speaking experience with excellent presentation skills.
- Above-average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions, advanced modalities, and treatments.
- Exceptional knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanism of action, and formulations.
- Experience with aesthetic medical devices (e.g., IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, lasers).
- Fluent English speaker. Fluency in other languages is preferred.
- Reside in proximity to an international airport.
- Comfortable with technology (e.g., Zoom, Google Suite, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD (based on experience, qualifications, and location).
- Potential for Bonuses: Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives.
