About the Role
Roboflow is seeking motivated Implementation Engineers to partner closely with our sales and solutions architect teams to drive new customer wins. This is a hands-on, technical role where you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of this function within our company. You will be instrumental in ensuring customers understand how to integrate computer vision into their products, building successful relationships, and showcasing the capabilities of the Roboflow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the project delivery of customized computer vision solutions to customers.
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and educating customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey.
- Create technical content (e.g., sample apps, documentation, videos) to demonstrate best practices.
- Work with sales and product teams to develop implementation strategies and build roadmaps for customers.
- Partner with customers to analyze image data, answer specific business questions, and identify opportunities for improvement through computer vision.
- Test and validate new product features with a focus on customer value creation.
- Contribute to a repository of reusable artifacts to accelerate customer adoption of Roboflow.
- Work with the wider Roboflow team to improve processes, documentation, and the overall customer experience.
- Assist the product team with customer onboarding, support, adoption, and engineering efforts.
Requirements
- A solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer-facing instincts and a technical generalist approach.
- A background in computer science or a related field.
- Technical experience in field roles partnering with enterprise customers in a post-sales delivery and implementation capacity.
- Experience utilizing and writing customized Colab notebooks (Python) as part of the machine learning development lifecycle, with an eagerness to learn more.
- Familiarity with common data processing and computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Diligent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proven project management experience related to delivery timelines and commitments.
- Strong knowledge of APIs.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
- Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and AI.
- Experience in Sales Engineering is a plus.

- Compensation: Target On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 - $200,000. Salaries are reviewed every six months to ensure market alignment.
