About the Role:
Petpooja is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for driving sales of our Restaurant Billing Platform and associated Value-Added Services (VAS). You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and Value-Added Services (VAS).
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market references, proactively onboarding new restaurants.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Close contracts with new clients and manage inquiries from both new and existing customers.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and drive referrals.
- Manage operational and administrative aspects of sales, including reporting, process optimization, and system improvements.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management for enhancing business relationships and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including product and VAS sales, demos, and visit goals through strategic daily planning.
- Establish a strong reference market by maintaining long-term relationships with onboarded clients.
- Effectively resolve client issues using the escalation matrix to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients during field visits, representing Petpooja professionally.
- Uphold and promote Petpooja's values and mission in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-4 years of professional experience in Sales.
- Proven ability in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Presentable with fluent communication abilities.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Must have a laptop for client demonstrations.
