About the Role

Coesia, a global leader in innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions, is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our team in Bologna, Italy. As a fully owned group by Isabella Seràgnoli, Coesia operates across multiple industries, providing advanced automation solutions for packaging, testing, vision systems, digital printing, factory flow, and precision gears.

Key Responsibilities

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to engage employees across our global organization. This will involve:

• Crafting and disseminating clear and compelling messages about company strategy, performance, and initiatives.
• Managing various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, town halls, and digital platforms.
• Collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
• Supporting change management initiatives through effective communication plans.
• Measuring the effectiveness of communication efforts and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a senior role.
• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of communication principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with automation and packaging solutions is a plus.
