Project Engineering Manager

About the Role

Alstom is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position. You will be instrumental in leading projects within the transportation and infrastructure sectors, contributing to Alstom's mission of developing and marketing sustainable mobility solutions for a low-carbon future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering aspects of complex projects within the transportation and infrastructure domains.
• Oversee the development and implementation of mobility solutions, including high-speed trains, metros, monorail, trams, integrated systems, infrastructure, and signalling.
• Ensure projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Engineering management.
• Strong understanding of the transportation and infrastructure industries.
• Experience with signalling systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
