Key Responsibilities

As a Senior PPI Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing projects aligned with the company's mission and strategic objectives.
• Implementing and championing the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology.
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the PPI methodology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience within the healthcare or life sciences industry is advantageous.
