About the Role
The Senior Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing product information and supporting category management. You will be responsible for the detailed setup and data entry of assigned category product information, as well as managing various assignments from the category manager. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage workload, enter promotional details, update pricing, and handle product data and clerical tasks. A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the category manager, vendor partners, and internal team members.
- Accurately enter product, promotional, and pricing information into company systems.
- Communicate essential information effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product information and promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Experience: 1+ year of data entry or retail store experience is preferred.
