Regional Director, Sales – Majors & Enterprise, SEAK

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales leader to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the RVP of Sales for the SEAK region, you will manage a team of sales executives focused on the Major & Enterprise vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Wiz's goals, drives business growth, and ensures customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account executives, each responsible for a specific geographical territory.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams for a unified sales approach.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set performance goals for the sales team, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on performance to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value proposition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of enterprise account executives.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
