We are expanding our Go-To-Market team in Singapore, focusing on the Public Sector, Healthcare & Life Sciences (PH&LS) industry, to support our fastest-growing accounts.
About the Role
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients within the PH&LS sector. You will guide and support client partners and business developers to expand our network, footprint, and relationships. You will also take ownership of major accounts throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal, contract negotiation, and closure. This role involves significant client relationship management, account planning, and ensuring joint delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders across various accounts.
- Drive significant revenue and bookings (USD 18-25 million annually) from accounts to meet or exceed profitability targets.
- Expand our market footprint, identify new opportunities, and drive continuous margin improvement.
- Understand and articulate industry context and customer challenges to define mutual value.
- Develop and execute key account plans and overall go-to-market strategies.
- Achieve established revenue and profitability targets aligned with yearly goals.
- Collaborate closely with the market/industry leadership team, including market tech directors and industry experts.
- Own the creation and refinement of go-to-market plans for the PH&LS industry vertical.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline throughout the year.
- Regular onsite presence at client offices in Singapore is required.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of the PH&LS industry, including key trends, drivers, and players.
- Proven experience in executive revenue-generating roles with comprehensive business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing sophisticated senior client relationships and strategic business partnerships, including with C-suite executives.
- Experience contributing to client business growth through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience driving thought leadership and innovation for clients.
- Ability to influence decisions by leveraging relevant industry trends and client success stories in innovation and digital disruption.
- Experience with agile custom software development project delivery, understanding technical project momentum and execution challenges.
- Ability to think creatively and inspire teams to generate innovative ideas and new revenue streams.
