About the Role

As a Care Expert, your primary mission is to transform member requests into delightful experiences. You will be their trusted guide, providing meaningful solutions, swift responses, clear information, and transparent guidance. You will gain expertise in the French healthcare system and the needs of our B2B partners.

Your role will balance direct member support with driving innovation within the Care team:

• 80% Member Support: Focus on providing exceptional assistance to members.
• 20% Project Work: Drive innovative Care projects tailored to your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform member requests into positive and efficient experiences.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to member inquiries.
• Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system.
• Understand and address the needs of B2B partners using Alan.
• Identify and implement key improvements in Care processes.
• Transform data insights into actionable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Care projects.
• Guide and inspire fellow team members.
• Build high-performing project teams.
• Contribute to shaping the future of Care at Alan.
• Potentially lead projects such as designing member empowerment initiatives, architecting Care team structures, collaborating on product innovations, or assisting in talent acquisition for the Care team.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Confidence in using technology and digital tools.
• Comfort connecting with members across various channels (email, chat, phone callbacks).
• Natural empathy and a calm demeanor in interactions.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, sharing and learning knowledge.
