Filling Automation Product Support Expert

About the Role

Sidel is seeking a Filling Automation Product Support Expert to join our Quality, Technology & Services (Q&TS) team in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position primarily based in a backoffice environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the operational follow-up and providing technical support for all filling products, including combi and stand-alone technologies. Your expertise will also extend to associated trade equipment (cappers) and third-party line equipment, with a strong focus on the mechanical aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute troubleshooting on filling equipment, associated trade equipment, and line equipment.
• Provide technical support for filling products.
• Manage the operational follow-up of filling products and associated equipment.
• Oversee internal and external validation processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with filling equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with validation processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a backoffice setting.
