Supplier Manager - Transmission

About the Role

Sidel is seeking a Senior Supplier Manager to join their team in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position responsible for developing and implementing sourcing and supplier management strategies for specific spend categories at a global and/or local level. The primary mission is to achieve commodity results, ensure compliance with Group strategy, and drive overall business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and mid-term global commodity strategies for assigned spend categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Drive profitability and overall business performance through effective sourcing and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with Group strategy and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Experience with commodity strategies.
• Strong understanding of profitability drivers within a business context.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Seniority level experience is expected.
