Medical Staff Talent is seeking a senior, Western-trained Private Doctor for a permanent, full-time role supporting a Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Principal. This unique position offers the opportunity to provide private clinical continuity for one individual across a dynamic itinerary on a private yacht in the Mediterranean.

This role is ideal for a discreet professional who thrives in a high-trust environment and is adept at managing comprehensive healthcare needs. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless health follow-up, addressing acute medical situations as they arise, and developing a proactive preventive care strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing health follow-up for the Principal.
• Manage and treat acute medical presentations.
• Develop and implement a preventive care strategy.
• Coordinate diagnostic processes and specialist referrals as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential medical records.
• Ensure continuity of care across various locations.

Requirements

• Senior level of experience as a medical doctor.
• Western-trained medical professional.
• Expertise in Yacht Medicine and Private Care.
• Proven ability to manage UHNW clients.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical continuity and preventive care.
• Discretion and the ability to operate in a high-trust environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Mediterranean (including Greece, Italy, Monaco, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve).
