About the Role

The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and profitability. This is a senior leadership position requiring a strategic approach to management and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Maintain high standards of quality in food, beverage, and service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
• Excellent understanding of financial management and budget control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
