As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in crafting unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive, throughout their stay, and until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the friendly and professional face of the hotel, responding promptly and courteously to all guest inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, along with all associated tasks.
• Handle guest messages and requests with care and professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive and seamless guest journey, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Guest Service, Reception, or a similar Customer Service role within the Hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A welcoming and guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential.
