About the Role

DFS Group is seeking a Buyer to join their team in Venice, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional. You will play a key role in executing merchandising strategies, managing supplier relationships, and curating product assortments to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to execute compelling merchandising strategies for a specific portfolio within the category.
• Select new suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Plan and execute pop-ups, events, and in-store activations.
• Work closely with external brand partners and internal colleagues to curate product assortments tailored to our diverse clientele.
• Ensure the achievement of category metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising.
• Proven ability in supplier negotiation.
• Skills in event planning.
• Experience in managing brand partnerships.
