Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a variety of internal and external events.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for event promotion and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with research teams and departments to understand event objectives and requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution of events, from conception to post-event analysis.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in research or technology-related environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
