MSC Cruises is seeking a dedicated and experienced Uniform Specialist to join our team in Genova. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level professional to play a crucial role in managing our crew uniform supply chain.

About the Role

The Uniform Specialist will be responsible for defining and controlling precise consumption forecasting for crew uniforms. This role is key to ensuring optimal inventory management and effective cost control across our fleet. You will provide essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tools, and analysis to support the Resource Demand Allocation (RDA) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and control consumption forecasting for crew uniforms.
• Ensure optimal inventory management for uniforms.
• Implement and maintain cost control measures related to uniforms.
• Develop and provide KPIs, tools, and analysis for the fleet's RDA process.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand uniform needs and trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics.
• Good knowledge of the uniform market.
• Previous experience in a supply chain role, ideally within the cruise sector.
• Proven experience in inventory management and cost control.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems; knowledge of Crunchtime is an advantage.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse workforces.
