Leader of Warehouse Processes

About the Role

MSC Cruises is seeking a Leader of Warehouse Processes to join our team in Genova, Italy. Reporting directly to the Warehouses Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous improvement of our procurement and logistics warehouses. This position will also involve coordinating the digitalization and automation of our warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement of warehouse processes within MSC Procurement & Logistics.
• Coordinate the digitalization and automation initiatives for warehouse operations.
• Oversee and optimize stock management, storage, and delivery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food standard regulations, including HACCP.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a medium to large warehouse facility.
• Solid understanding of stock management, storage, and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with food standard compliance regulations, specifically HACCP.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as CrunchTime and Infoship is desirable.
