About the Role

Leonardo SpA is seeking a senior PMO Lead to join the Cys - Gcap Joint Venture Headquarters in Catania, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Cys - Gcap Joint Venture.
• Ensure effective project management practices are implemented and followed.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Facilitate communication and reporting across project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic objectives of the Joint Venture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior PMO or Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience within the Aerospace, Defence, and Security sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, international environment.
