About the Role

Leonardo is seeking a motivated and experienced Technology Adoption & Change Management Analyst to join our Cys - Gcap Joint Venture Headquarters in Catania. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful adoption of new technologies and managing the associated change processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the impact of new technology implementations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Facilitate user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Provide support and training to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cyber Security and Aerospace departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technology Adoption and Change Management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security principles.
• Understanding of the Aerospace industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
