About the Role

Leonardo is seeking a Test Manager to join the Cys - Gcap Joint Venture Headquarters in Catania, Italy. This is an onsite position within a global industrial group that is a key player in Aerospace, Defence, and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities for projects within the Cys - Gcap Joint Venture.
• Ensure the successful execution of test plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and objectives.
• Oversee the identification, documentation, and tracking of defects.
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Test Management.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and practices.
• Experience within the Aerospace and Defence sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Security testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
