About the Role

Everest Clinical Research is seeking a committed, skilled, and customer-focused Project Manager II to join our Brightech team. This is a permanent, remote position. You will play a key role in leading and supporting the efficient management of clinical research projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the management of projects focused on Everest's service areas, including biostatistics, programming, and clinical data management.
  • Ensure successful project team mobilization, communication, and proactive tracking of milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop project budgets, cross-functional work plans, and identify resource requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare for and facilitate project kick-off meetings, ensuring clear communication of assumptions and information to stakeholders.
  • Implement project management tools for accurate tracking of progress, expectations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead all project management aspects of assigned Phase I to IV clinical trials in accordance with ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments, and track deliverable completion to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial Sponsors regarding active clinical projects.
  • Coordinate activities across functional project teams, managing planning, implementation, conduct, and reporting within established timelines and budgets.
  • Proactively track and manage project tasks against timelines and budgets, preparing status reports and alerting management to potential risks.
  • Monitor financial status against work order budgets, track expenses, and identify out-of-scope tasks for potential Change Orders.
  • Review and report on client portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Generate new sales leads by building trust-based relationships with client counterparts and identifying opportunities to offer additional Everest services.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution, working with functional leaders to drive strategic decisions.
  • Support general operational and capability-building activities for the Project Management department, including the development of training materials, SOPs, and templates.
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of project information repositories for business analytics.
  • Support Business Development initiatives, including organizing and coordinating responses to RFIs and RFPs, proposal development, bid defense preparation, and contract development.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Management within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with Clinical Trials, Biostatistics, and Data Management.
  • Understanding of ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in financial tracking and budget management for projects.
  • Client-facing experience and ability to build strong relationships.
