- Agent Deployment: Design and deploy AI agents to manage routine operational tasks end-to-end, including onboarding orchestration, compliance documentation, offer letter generation, interview scheduling, and tier-1 employee queries.
- Global Compliance: Utilize AI to manage and monitor multi-country HR compliance across our operating regions, building agentic checks to flag risks and surface regulatory changes.
- AI-Driven Analytics: Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for the People and TA functions, producing real-time dashboards and insights for leadership.
- Tech Stack Integration: Manage our HRIS, ATS, and broader People tech stack as an integrated, AI-augmented system, prioritizing tools with agent-readiness and API-first design.

- Process Documentation: Drive AI-led process documentation and knowledge management, ensuring workflows are both human-readable and agent-executable.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Utilize AI-augmented workflows for cross-functional operations with Finance, IT, and Legal, including headcount planning and system access provisioning.
- AI Coaching: Coach and uplift the People team on AI fluency, agent design, and operational automation.
- AI Governance: Own AI governance for the People function, ensuring compliant, ethical, and data-secure use of AI tools.
