About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for managing and nurturing our client relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, and driving value for our partners. You will be the primary point of contact for agencies and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver within the programmatic ad tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of agency and client relationships, including communication and partner enablement.
- Oversee campaign execution and deal/campaign setup across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable reporting insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or discrepancies.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities while delivering strategic recommendations that drive client value.

- Building strong, trusted relationships with agency and client partners, leading to high satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Ensuring campaigns and deals are executed accurately, on time, and with minimal errors.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media.
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and campaign execution.
- Experience working directly with agencies and clients.
- Track record of meeting performance goals or driving revenue growth.
- Experience working with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), or similar platforms (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk).
- Strong partner communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Attention to detail in execution and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Slack.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar).
- Understanding of programmatic workflows (deal setup, PMP/OE, targeting, pacing).
What We Offer
- Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 USD base salary, plus a $10,000 bonus. Salary is determined by relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
- Work Model: Fully remote position within the United States.
