About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Programmatic Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving Screenverse's evolution as a technology-driven company and delivering value to our media owner and buyer partners. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with DSP partners, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of assigned DSP partner relationships.
- Support partner enablement and onboarding initiatives.
- Assist with deal setup and campaign execution across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver insightful reporting.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or discrepancies.
- Identify, pitch, and execute upsell opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to drive value for key clients.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and campaign execution.
- Track record of meeting performance goals or driving revenue growth.
- Experience working with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), or similar platforms.
- Strong partner communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Data-driven thinking with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Attention to detail in execution and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Slack.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar).
- Understanding of programmatic workflows (deal setup, Private Marketplace/Open Exchange, targeting, pacing).
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD base salary.
- Bonus: $10,000 annual bonus potential.
- Work Model: Fully remote within the US.
