Job Description

Customer Success Engineer

Nash is seeking a senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team in the UK. This is a permanent, onsite role focused on supporting and expanding our strategic enterprise customers.

About the Role

This is a deeply technical and hands-on position where you will act as an engineering-adjacent partner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers successfully integrate with and scale on Nash’s platform. You will guide customer teams through every stage of their technical journey, from solution design and deployment to ongoing optimization.

As part of the Customer Success organization, you will leverage your systems expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and customer partnership abilities to deliver measurable outcomes. You will help customers architect workflows, debug integration issues, improve performance, and maximize their use of Nash. You will be the trusted technical backbone for our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical owner for enterprise customer accounts, ensuring integration success, system performance, and technical adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with customer engineering and product teams to design, implement, and scale solutions on Nash’s platform.
  • Develop deep platform expertise to diagnose issues, advise on best practices, and guide architectural decisions.
  • Troubleshoot API issues, workflow failures, data mismatches, and other system-level challenges across customer and Nash environments.
  • Analyze operational and technical KPIs to identify root causes, improve performance, and reduce defects.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to Nash product and engineering teams based on real-world customer usage.
  • Support account growth by ensuring customers successfully deploy new capabilities and expand their usage over time.
  • Act as the internal technical advocate for your accounts during roadmap discussions and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in a technical customer-facing role, such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer/PM, Technical Account Manager (TAM), or a similar position.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, logs, and data flows, with strong debugging instincts.
  • Proven success in supporting enterprise customers through complex technical deployments.
  • Ability to translate technical details into actionable guidance for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguous systems.
  • Demonstrated capability to quickly master a complex platform and use that knowledge to guide customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interfacing at multiple levels of customer organizations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or other operationally intensive SaaS systems.
  • Background in high-growth startups or enterprise retail integrations.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering tooling, observability tools, workflow engines, or API ecosystems.
  • Experience in consultative roles blending technical depth with customer outcome ownership.
