About the Role

As the Head of Enterprise Partnership for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand Fiserv's presence across key markets. This executive-level role requires building strong, strategic relationships and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-year enterprise and partner strategies to grow revenue, wallet share, and market presence across the UK, Ireland, and priority EMEA markets.
  • Cultivate and deepen strategic, executive-level relationships with partners.
  • Lead co-selling and co-marketing initiatives, tailoring approaches to local market dynamics.
  • Negotiate and structure complex enterprise and channel agreements, balancing customer value with Fiserv's commercial and risk frameworks.
  • Shape pricing, incentives, service level agreements, and commercial constructs suitable for diverse regulatory and market environments.
  • Equip sales and relationship teams with compelling propositions, localized pricing guidance, and go-to-market materials.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, solution readiness, and client success.
  • Design and manage scalable partner onboarding, enablement, and performance programs.
  • Monitor commercial performance, maintain pipeline discipline, and engage senior stakeholders to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise partnership strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in negotiating complex enterprise or channel agreements and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to manage executive-level relationships across multiple markets.
  • Experience aligning sales, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with payments, fintech, or enterprise B2B technology business models within the EMEA region.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate strategy into measurable KPIs and commercial outcomes.
  • Must be located in the UK or Ireland, with flexibility for regular travel across EMEA.
