About the Role
As a Graduate Total Account Manager, you will:
- Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
- Support the sales of analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts.
- Aid in telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
- A passion for scientific instruments and a desire to build a career in sales.
