About the Role

We design, develop, and manufacture advanced medical aesthetic device technologies and wellness solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care/Account Analyst to join our team in Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care support.
• Analyze customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Care.
• Experience as an Account Analyst.
• Familiarity with the medical device, aesthetics, or wellness industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
