Graduate Programme - Customer Support (Remote)
Note: This role is for individuals who reside in and have full work authorization for the Philippines and India.
About the Role
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity within the B2B SaaS space, designed to kickstart your career at PriceLabs. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in their success by providing exceptional support and service. You will have the chance to uphold and set new standards in customer care. This role offers a pathway to non-technical positions in various departments such as Sales & Success, Marketing, and Data Science within PriceLabs.
Shift Timings (any five days of the week):
- Philippines: 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Philippine Time
- India: 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Indian Standard Time
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues from report to resolution.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and provide solutions to customer queries.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all reported issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and live video calls.
- Go above and beyond to assist customers.
About You
- Empathetic and patient.
- Curious with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Possess a solid analytical background, as our product is math and numbers-heavy.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum Math score of 2.00 (equivalent to 85% or higher) in your 10th grade or most recent Math exam.
