Solutions Consultant, Hotels (Remote, Europe)

PriceLabs is seeking a motivated and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our global team and drive the growth of our hotel segment. This is a remote, permanent role for individuals residing in Europe, with a preference for candidates in France, Spain, or Portugal, who possess a valid work permit.

About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our presence within the hospitality industry. You will engage directly with hotel groups and operators, guiding them through the entire customer journey – from initial sales conversations and product onboarding to ensuring their long-term success with PriceLabs. This is a high-impact, hands-on sales role with a strong outbound focus, ideal for someone passionate about building a fast-growing vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive new business within the hotel segment by actively sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for hotel clients, including outreach, consultative demos, onboarding, implementation, and tracking early results.
  • Guide hotel partners in effectively adopting PriceLabs to achieve meaningful revenue impact and maintain engagement with the platform.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hotel operators and management groups, acting as their primary advisor for maximizing platform value.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account growth, increasing adoption across properties, and supporting ongoing client success.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Growth teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and the go-to-market motion for the hotel segment.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to the improvement of offerings for the hotel segment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality technology, with a deep understanding of hotel operators, revenue managers, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
  • Experience selling technology solutions (such as Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, or Booking Engines) to hotel groups is highly preferred.
  • Native Spanish or French proficiency is preferred, alongside fluency in English.
  • A strong aptitude for sales, with a genuine enjoyment for connecting with people, understanding their needs, and providing valuable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting trends and supporting revenue growth strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and collaborate well with others.
  • A naturally curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute to building new processes and bringing structure to a growing area of the business.
