About the Role

Vodafone is seeking an Assurance Networking & Security Specialist to join their team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on providing excellent technical assistance to Vodafone's top customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong learning capabilities and a proactive approach to new technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all technical requests for top Vodafone customers.
• End-to-end accountability for customer in-life management, including incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Perform problem management.
• Manage customer experience.
• Accountability for Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical assistance, networking, and security.
• Demonstrated ability in incident management.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools.
