About the Role

As a Logistic & Customer Care Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring excellent service for our clients. You will be involved in key activities that directly impact the efficiency of our logistics processes and client satisfaction.

Key Activities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Master Data Management:
  • Contacting new end customers and/or new destinations to gather and complete technical data within our system for service execution.
• Transport Order Management:
  • Sending updates to customers regarding volume limits requested by end customers when creating new orders.
• Delivery Booking:
  • Managing delivery bookings via phone.
  • Communicating with customers to provide lists of unbooked deliveries, aiming to prevent accumulation and ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Communication:
  • Engaging with customers to provide updates and address inquiries related to logistics.
