About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Communication Manager to join our team in Milan. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling and high-quality content across different social media channels.
• Manage and grow our online community, fostering positive interactions.
• Oversee brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
• Contribute to overall marketing and communication efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand management.
• Excellent content creation abilities.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
