About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business and Technical Consultant to join our team in Milan. This onsite role is crucial for supporting our clients in the automotive retail sector. You will leverage your expertise in DMS and software integration to provide both business and technical consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert business consulting to clients within the automotive retail industry.
• Deliver technical consulting services related to DMS and software integration.
• Support the implementation and optimization of our DMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Strong understanding of the automotive retail industry.
• Demonstrated experience in software integration.
• Solid background in business consulting.
• Experience in technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively onsite in Milan.
