Axiom is seeking an experienced lawyer with expertise in technology law and commercial contracts to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with F500 clients, providing high-calibre legal support within the alternative legal services sector.

About the Role

As a Legal Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the legal and business teams of our clients. You will provide essential support on technology law matters and commercial contracts, contributing to the efficiency and growth of leading global companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support related to technology law and commercial contracts to F500 clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology-related commercial agreements across various business lines.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and offer practical solutions for corporate policy matters.

Requirements

• Qualified legal practitioner with 3-8 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technology law, or in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts within the technology sector.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
