About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will assist customers who call us with their storage needs. Your primary responsibility will be to help them reserve the best storage unit to fit their individual requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. This is not a cold-calling position; you will be engaging with customers who have already expressed interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by reserving appropriate storage units based on their needs.
• Provide world-class customer service.
• Connect with customers effectively over the phone.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Ability to connect with people over the phone.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must reside in one of the following states to be eligible: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT.
• Ability to work one weekend day.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
