Key Responsibilities

- Address inquiries from both end consumers and retailers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with locating and purchasing spare parts.
- Deliver accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level (C1) in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or experience supporting US customers.
