About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders for international subsidiaries using our established tools, including SAP, Axioma, and FPX.
  • Adhere to pre-established procedures for order processing.
  • Monitor performance against shared Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
