About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders for international subsidiaries using our established tools, including SAP, Axioma, and FPX.
- Adhere to pre-established procedures for order processing.
- Monitor performance against shared Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the complete and timely availability of information related to customer orders and inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
- Proficiency with SAP and other order processing tools.
- Familiarity with Access Control systems is a plus.
