We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Kemmern, Germany. This role will focus on developing the local market, particularly in Southern Germany, by securing new sales contracts and managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new sales contracts with hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise ship operators through direct engagement and negotiation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distribution partners, ensuring continued collaboration and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales turnover and margin targets, aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with designated distributors to ensure contract compliance and seamless implementation of agreements.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify new hotel openings and business opportunities, independently or with distributor network support.
Requirements

- Willingness to travel within Germany, with occasional short stays abroad when required.

- Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research.
- Prior experience or a strong understanding of the hotel supply industry across the region is a plus.
