About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a robust insights framework, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring business performance, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes. You will act as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between Finance and business units (Supply & Demand).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership & Performance Management:
- Drive performance through KPI management, forecasting, and data-driven insights.
- Consolidate and oversee revenue and operational forecasts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead business performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
- Operational Analytics & KPI Framework:
- Own and develop end-to-end funnel KPIs in alignment with Supply and Demand functions.
- Partner with BI to build scalable data models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain unified dashboards for revenue and cost performance tracking.
- Monitor performance and prepare insights for reviews.
- Commercial & Profitability Analysis:
- Lead profitability analysis and ROI evaluation across partners, products, and initiatives.
- Analyze key operational drivers to support decision-making.
- Design and implement unit economics models.
- Ensure consistent cost allocation across departments.
- Support pre-deal evaluation of partner economics and ongoing ROI tracking.
- Market Benchmarking & Growth Analytics:
- Establish and track financial benchmarks against competitors.
- Conduct market and pricing analysis to support expansion.
- Quantify new revenue streams and build business cases.
- Support the definition and tracking of commercial strategy and revenue plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in finance, financial planning, business analytics, or leading Business and Strategy Analysis roles.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and quantitative skills using tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Excel.
- Advanced proficiency with visual analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Experience translating analysis findings into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, practical attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with well-developed cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Fluent Ukrainian and Advanced English language proficiency.
