About the Role

Alstom is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join our team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position. As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and marketing mobility solutions that contribute to a low-carbon future and the sustainable foundation of transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the bid process for complex projects within the transportation and mobility sector.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring alignment with Alstom's strategic objectives and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and commercial departments, to gather necessary information and develop winning strategies.
• Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable mobility solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Bid Management.
• Strong understanding of the Transportation and Mobility Solutions industry.
• Proficiency in Project Management principles.
• Experience with Signalling systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
