Legal Advisor - Privacy

About the Role

CRIF S.p.A., the holding company of an international group specializing in credit information systems, business information, and credit management solutions, is seeking a Legal Advisor with a focus on Privacy. The CRIF Group provides a range of services including IT solutions, decisioning systems, outsourcing, banking software, and consulting. Our clients primarily consist of finance and insurance companies, utilities, and general enterprises, whom we support throughout their customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting the legal department, with a particular emphasis on privacy matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and support related to privacy regulations.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of privacy policies and procedures.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on privacy-related issues.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with data protection laws.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience in legal advisory or consulting roles.
• Familiarity with credit information systems and business information services is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
