Order Processing and Transport Specialist

About the Role

FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking an experienced Order Processing and Transport Specialist. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Bologna, Italy, primarily focusing on managing logistics for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with freight forwarder partners to organize sea and air transportation, with a primary focus on the APAC region.
• Ensure the most competitive rates and a high service level for all transportation arrangements.
• Manage spot requests and ad-hoc transport needs.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in order processing.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Transport Specialist.
• Experience working with freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of sea and air transportation logistics.
• Familiarity with the APAC region is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
